ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1. Our Application Fee is $35.00 per each applicant. An applicant is considered anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Application process takes on average one business day to complete. Click here to pay application fee online or download payment form for payment via fax or mail.

 

2. Fill out online application or download and fill out our rental application. If using online application, separate application needs to be completed for each applicant. Note that application will not be processed until application fee is paid.

 

3. A Property Manager will contact you if additional information is needed for an application.Graf Property Management, Inc. does not guarantee the availability of any property, and will not reserve or hold property. The property you are applying for will remain for lease until a lease contract is signed. Application fee is not refundable regardless of applicant approval.
